This trip will suit much better now. Very wary of the import AUGUSTUS (1) who kicks off for Ciaron Maher. He's a talented German horse who has been well supported in early betting for strong connections. SAGANTI (7) ran well behind Magnaspin last time and has each way claims again.

Previously first up; fourth of 7 at Cologne in the G2 Gerling April 21 over 2400m, 4.5 len behind Alleno carrying 57kg at $9. Talented import, very wary of any support.
Second run back. First-up after three months 5th of 14 at Caulfield in the G3 Carlyon Cup on February 7 over 1600m, 1.0 len behind Light Infantry Man carrying 58.5kg at $71. Previously second-up 5th of 15 at Caulfield in the LR Heatherlie Hcp on August 30 over 1700m, slow going 2 len behind Too Darn Discreet carrying 55kg at $9. Great return and like the step to 2000m.

The race before that 2nd of 7 at Caulfield Vg Heath on February 7 over 2000m, 1.0 len behind Suntora with 56kg at $4.20. Flying, just needs to convert that to Flemington.
Third-up today and won third-up previously. First-up 2nd of 14 at Caulfield in the G3 Carlyon Cup on February 7 over 1600m, head behind Light Infantry Man with 57kg at $31. Second run from a spell second last of 7 at Caulfield in the LR Vic Cup on February 21 over 2000m, 3 len behind Magnaspin with 59.5kg at $3.10. Profiles nicely. Gets in well and should peak third up.
