Open race. BOTANICAL BOY (14) is progressing nicely having won his past two impressively, going from a BM62 to BM70 with ease to score under 58kg last time out. Harder again now but he drops 4kg off that and maps for every chance again. NDOLA (1) just left his run a touch too late last time at Geelong behind Harry's Yacht which is good form for this grade. Where he gets to from the wide draw again here is the query but he'll be winding up strongly. CODIGO (11) is racing very well without winning, giving a good sight in front behind Ndola and Harry's Yacht last time. He draws perfectly and will be tough to get past. RECON (6) beat the talented Big Swinger two back, just fair as favourite last time. Up to 1400m for the first time here, not sure whether that's what he's looking for. ZOUPER FUND (8) has been good in two runs back and is ready to win.
